Over her 25-year-career, Debbie has held various positions at Benchmark, Emeritus, and Five Star before managing the entire platform for Five Star’s 210 communities. Debbie has won numerous industry awards including Argentum’s ‘Best of the Best’ for Marketing and currently leads a national consulting practice.
Debbie is integral in helping us create and implement the best sales and marketing platform for each community along with continually strategizing ways to increase and maximize occupancy in each market.

Kelly Stranburg has worked with aging adults for over 20 years, with 14 of those years dedicated to the senior living industry. Tara Clayton has a rich and diverse history of working with senior living operators in the areas of risk management, insurance, and defense litigation. Her valuable experience includes time at Elmcroft Senior Living, Trilogy Health, and Willis Towers.
Tara is a consultant advisor that Vita Senior Living utilizes to help us understand senior living insurance and risk management policies to help limit risk / exposure, reduce fixed insurance costs, and help maximize the return of our investors.
